1. Our safety principles

AI Entertainment Platform is an adults-only AI entertainment platform.

Our goal is to provide lawful fictional digital experiences while preventing the creation, distribution and promotion of content that harms real individuals, exploits minors or violates fundamental rights.

This Policy applies to all users, visitors, subscribers, content creation tools and content publishing features.

2. Strictly adults only

Users must be at least 18 years old and meet the legal adult-content access requirements in their jurisdiction.

We prohibit minors from registering, subscribing, generating content or accessing restricted content.

We may use location-appropriate age-assurance measures and request additional verification when legally required or warranted by risk.

Users who cannot satisfy applicable age requirements may be denied access.

3. Zero-tolerance protection of minors

We prohibit all sexual content involving minors, including:

• Real child sexual abuse material.
• AI-generated or wholly synthetic sexual depictions of minors.
• Sexual depictions of characters who appear underage.
• Age-regression sexual content.
• Requests to make a character appear underage in a sexual context.
• Attempts to circumvent child-safety restrictions using coded language, manipulated prompts or altered images.

The prohibition applies regardless of whether the material depicts a real person.

Apparent violations may result in immediate restriction, evidence preservation as legally appropriate, and reporting to competent authorities when required or appropriate.

4. Non-consensual intimate content

We prohibit creating, uploading or distributing sexual or intimate depictions of identifiable real people without legally valid authorization.

This includes:

• Non-consensual sexual deepfakes.
• Sexualized impersonation.
• Manipulation of personal photographs to create intimate content.
• Sexual depictions of public figures or private individuals without authorization.
• Attempts to generate content specifically resembling an identifiable person without required rights and consent.

Content may be restricted even when the resemblance was unintentional.

5. Fictional adult characters

Adult-oriented generated characters must be clearly fictional adults. Every character on AI Entertainment Platform has a stated age of 18 or older and a clearly adult appearance.

Users must not attempt to produce content that sexualizes characters who are minors or reasonably appear to be minors.

Any age declared in a prompt does not override the visual appearance, context or applicable moderation assessment.

The platform may reject requests where age is ambiguous.

6. Other prohibited content

The following content and conduct are prohibited:

• Sexual violence or non-consensual sexual activity.
• Human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
• Credible threats, harassment or targeted abuse.
• Material facilitating criminal activities.
• Hate-based abuse and exploitation.
• Content violating privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Malicious impersonation or identity theft.
• Unauthorized publication of private personal information.
• Attempts to bypass content moderation or platform safeguards.
• Any other content prohibited by applicable law.

These restrictions apply to prompts, uploads, generated results and publicly distributed material.

7. AI content transparency

Content generated or materially manipulated by AI should be identifiable as synthetic where required by law and platform policy.

Users must not misrepresent fictional AI characters as real individuals.

Where technically supported, provenance information, content labels or related metadata may be used.

Users must not unlawfully remove or falsify required origin indicators.

8. Content moderation

We may apply multiple safety controls, including:

• Automated prompt screening.
• Visual and media content screening.
• Rules limiting reference-image uploads.
• Age-related safety checks.
• Detection of potentially prohibited outputs.
• User reporting and human review.
• Account-level enforcement.

The specific controls deployed will depend on the product functionality and applicable legal requirements.

Moderation systems can make mistakes. The availability of a generation result does not constitute confirmation that the result is lawful or permitted.

9. Human review and privacy

Content identified as potentially violating this Policy may be examined by authorized reviewers where necessary and legally permissible.

Review access should be limited to personnel or providers with a legitimate operational need.

Sensitive information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and internal access controls.

10. Reporting prohibited content

Users and affected individuals may report content through Report content or [email protected].

Reports should include, where available:

• A direct content URL or content identifier.
• A description of the concern.
• The applicable policy or rights allegedly violated.
• Relevant supporting information.
• A contact address for follow-up.

We will not require an affected person to submit additional intimate images merely to initiate a complaint.

Urgent child-safety and non-consensual intimate-content complaints will be prioritized under our internal procedures.

11. Content removal and appeals

Following review, we may remove content, disable access, restrict an account or take other proportionate action.

Affected users may request reconsideration by writing to [email protected], where an appeal process is available or legally required.

Knowingly false or abusive reporting may itself violate this Policy.

12. Law enforcement and emergency situations

Where required or permitted by applicable law, we may preserve relevant records and cooperate with competent authorities regarding credible unlawful activity.

We may report suspected child sexual exploitation material or other serious illegal conduct to an appropriate authority.

We will not promise disclosure to a particular reporting organization unless the relevant legal and operational arrangements have been established.

13. Repeat offenders

Users who repeatedly violate these standards or commit serious violations may lose access permanently, subject to applicable law.

Re-registration to evade an enforcement action may be prohibited.
